Job Description

As an Account Executive II, you’ll drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and guiding potential clients through the full sales process—from initial outreach to signed agreements. You’ll focus on creating strategic partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs.

We’re currently looking for candidates based in the western region of the U.S., ideally near major metros such as Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, or Seattle. This helps align with our territory planning and travel needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas and growth objectivesManage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and closingIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and referralsDeliver compelling presentations to potential clients to showcase product valueProvide exceptional post-sale support to build trust and ensure client successMaintain consistent communication with clients to understand evolving needsProactively handle concerns and ensure positive client experiencesNegotiate terms and contracts, keeping thorough records of activity in CRM systemsStay up to date on industry trends, client challenges, and product enhancementsTraveling up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, and industry events

Qualifications

What You Bring:

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesProven ability to work independently and manage your pipeline proactivelyStrong organizational and time management skillsConfidence working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environmentTech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)Deep understanding of solution-based selling

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant sales experience2–4 years of experience in a B2B sales roleFamiliarity with CRM tools such as SalesforceExperience with solution selling strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree4+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $53,200 - $82,900 per year with an additional variable compensation target of $85,000. Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
