Account Executive Intern

Responsibilities

Overseeing clients from leading global brands Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting the regional team Assist in organising, attending and sending contact reports for meetings Update global and regional trackers Work with both local and global clients/partners to ensure timely campaign delivery Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Moving Images, Print & Transcreation Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations Responsible for uploading reference materials to DAM Provide any additional administrative support to team as required

Requirements

Able to commit to an internship for at least 6 months Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service Prior internship at an Agency with exposure to working in a client-facing environment is an advantage Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good networking skills
