About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our Large Law Firm customer base, focusing on new business development. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and sales expertise.

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B sales professional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling software subscriptions, ideally within the Legal Tech, to senior professionals.
 

Responsibilities

Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through qualification, opportunity creation, and closingMaintaining a tight record of all outbound prospecting and sales activityPlanning own territory or account approach, and managing own resourcesDeveloping and managing a pipeline of viable opportunities with timely follow-up of all leads, ensuring closureWorking closely with our Marketing and Sales leadership to convey market insights and sales initiatives


Requirements

Display proven experience in generating new business sales in a complex buyer organizationHave solid understanding and use of strategic selling techniques and CRM systemsBe able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams and externallyHave impressive communication and organizational skills with a tenacious executive presence

Salary Range
Base Salary: $97,000

Target Uncapped Commission: $75,300 (broken down and paid out monthly)

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California.$89,900.00 - $166,900.00
