We are currently seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our Natural Resources team in the Perth office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director in all aspects of client service to maintain and grow an existing book of Natural Resources business.
This role requires a diligent team player who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills and who can contribute to all aspects of client service by assisting the business to maintain and grow its existing portfolio.
The Role
Assistance in the management of a portfolio of clients with a focus on client retention and business development. Contributing to the operations, promotion and marketing of the WTW brand to ensure ongoing growth and profitability. Collaboration with other colleagues to facilitate the growth and success of WTW. Ensuring the service standards delivered to WTW’s clients exceed their expectations. Identifying insurable risks and designing and negotiating appropriate financial lines insurance solutions for the client. Developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers.The Requirements
Excellent administrative and support skills in a dynamic and successful insurance broking environment.Proven ability to understand and meet client’s needs.Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification or a commitment to pursue and demonstrated business acumen.Outstanding oral and written communication skills.Well organised to manage a diverse and busy workload.Professional, reliable and able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.Drive, ambition and a focus on excellence.
