We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts.

REMOTE, Must be located in California

Base salary $70,000-$90,000/year base salary, plus 1-3% commission depending on sales history.  

uncapped commission and the first year on target earnings should be $140k-$200k+

This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, PCB, and business development. Knowledge of Flex Circuit PCB, Printed Circuit Board, and Rigid circuits is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with customersGrow sales by acquiring new customer accountsPrepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customersAnalyze customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needsNegotiate price, terms, and conditions of salesMonitor customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in sales, marketing, business administration or a related fieldAt least 3 years of sales and/or account management experienceStrong knowledge of PCBs and related technologiesPrevious experience with Flex Circuit PCB, Printed Circuit Board, and Rigid Circuits is a plusExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
