Account Executive - Private Client (Vancouver/Victoria) Do you enjoy working with private clients and high net worth markets? This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both hybrid and from our Vancouver office. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit. The salary range for this position is $68,500 – $96,600. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. What the day will look like Existing Clientele Analyze client specific risk exposure and detail coverage requirements for High-Net-Worth clients. Deliver continuous excellence in servicing an existing portfolio of clients Establish contacts and cultivate relationships within the underwriting community to achieve the best terms and coverage for Aon clients Gain and maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of available Aon resources and solutions, and match those to client requirements. New Business Prepare and present marketing proposals for prospective new business Collaborate with Aon group, commercial and health & benefits colleagues to develop marketing initiatives for new prospective private clients within their existing clients Act as the visible face of Aon to clients and prospective clients in the community. Develop and maintain external centres of influence for lead generation and continuous pipeline Key Performance Indicators Meet established sales and retention targets Develop, implement, and manage national private client sales & service training program Support leadership in the family office structure and 3–5-year business strategy Perform other related duties as assigned to deliver business results and distinctive client value How this opportunity is different Aon is a global leader in risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human capital and management consulting. We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Account Executive; with experience working in an account management capacity for a High Net Worth book of clientele. Skills and experience that will lead to success University or College degree preferred; or relevant experience 3-5 years experience with preferred as a broker in private risk management personal insurance BC Level I license is required and willingness to obtain L2 License within 18 months Other Province license is preferred or willingness to take up that within 1 year CIP, FCIP and CAIB are preferable, or working towards.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook Epic experience preferred How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
