The Account Executive marshals WTW resources to provide coordinated service and placement to meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. Because of the Account Executive’s strong connection to the client’s business and fundamental understanding of its industry, this relationship is a business partnership with client decision makers. Through their understanding of the business, the Account Executive identifies cross selling opportunities and maximizes the profitability of the account.

The Requirements
7+ years of insurance experience in a client-facing role required Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience required Relationship Management skills; able to leverage internal and external relationships to bring WTW resources and assets tailored to client needs; ability to drive conflict resolution Negotiation skills: Ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to do complex deals, drive consensus across internal and external stakeholders to close deals. Business Acumen; knowledge of strategy, tactics, and solutions for the client, and/or in the marketplace Knowledge of commercial insurance renewal end to end process steps and owners Ability to persuade customers, present attractive proposals and negotiate terms that benefit both the company and the customer Excellent verbal and written communication skills; group presentation skills, ability to drive complex/technical conversations Basic MS Office skills and familiarity with other relevant online tools.Equal Oppoprtunity Employer
