To support our growth, we are looking for an Account Executive, who will be able to increase our market share in the Public Sector Industry in Germany.
The position is part of the Public Sector Team in the DACH region.
Key responsibilities:
Develops existing customers and acquires new clients within Public Sector DefenseUses industry expertise to generate new opportunities or to expand and enhance existing clients’ opportunities in order to build the pipeline and grow the salesSet direction for business development and solution replicationCreates and grows reference customersSells complex products or solutions to customers on a partnership basisEstablishes a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the client, including the C-level for developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industryMaintains broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with Customer ExecutivesWhat do we expect?
Bachelor’s degree. MBA would be advantage8+ years of related sales & coverage experienceDemonstrated capability of achieving higher levels of revenue flowsView as an expert in the Public Sector Industry by company and customersIntensive experience in dealing with customers in different portfolios and business unitsTechnical Skills:
Understands common IT Solution Provider products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings, to be able to sell large, complex solutionsUses expertise in specialty, consultative solution selling and business development skills to align the client's business needs with DXC value propositionIn-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, business processes and financial structureStrategic planning on a business development level; can build an effective business case reflecting the value of an appropriate strategyKnowledge of business indicators and their relationshipsBalance strategic and tactical perspectives to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue streamSuccessful partner engagement experience. For this position, the minimum gross salary of 71 848 € per annum applies.
