Join us! **What the role looks like:** + Develop and execute a strategic plan for your business portfolio leveraging various tools and processes. + Manage existing and new relationships with current accounts to grow revenue in strategic product areas. + Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sales opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field. + Use multichannel approach and organize online meetings to establish business communication with clients (emails, phone etc.) + Use consultative approach to determine client’s goals and offer the most appropriate marketing optimization tips to address their needs. + Educate clients on their opportunities and translate their marketing goals and objectives into actionable strategies. + Serve as point of contact for the clients in your portfolio, investigate and deliver proper recommendations/solutions. + Maintain broad knowledge of products, best practices, benchmarks, and procedures. + Achieve quarterly based sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’) + Work model: **hybrid or fully remote** + Working hours: Mon – Fr 10:00 – 19:00 **Your profile:** + Knowledge of Sales Strategies and Sales Pipeline. + Fluent level of **Dutch** and **English** - written and spoken. + Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is required. + Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment. + Experience in marketing + Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to work in dynamic atmosphere. + Solid knowledge of MS Office programs. + Experience working with CRM or similar is an advantage **What we offer:** + Monthly transportation/internet allowance + Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation) + Additional medical plan: health and dental care (fully covered by the employer) + Life insurance + Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport) + Quarterly Bonuses Please send us your CV in English.
