Are you a Workers Compensation claims expert? Then we have a role for you to come join our Workplace Risk team in the Sydney office.
Reporting to the NSW State Manager (Workplace Risk), the primary focus of this role will be to provide hands-on injury and claims management and workers’ compensation advice to support our clients’ workplace risk programs.
The Role
Providing Outsourced Return to Work and Injury Management support services for a range of clients Provide our clients strategic advice on claims and injury management Engaging our strategic partners to deliver value to our clients Assisting with data analysis on workers’ compensation injury and claim trends Be an active member of our consultancy team, willingly working on assigned projects and developing knowledge and skillsThe Requirements
Experience working for a rehabilitation provider, employer or workers’ compensation agent/insurer Previous exposure to National Workers’ Compensation arrangements Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsProven ability to organise, prioritise, project manage and work well under pressureA team player with the ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trustA qualification in Allied Health, or equivalent work experienceNote: Employment-based visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
If you are considering applying your workers’ compensation experience in a new area, a full internal training program to support your move into consulting will be provided, however, the above areas of experience and preferred skills will be beneficial to kick-start your consulting career.
