Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation across multiple sectors. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Strategic and Enterprise Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth while overseeing $200M+ in annual revenue across diverse segments including retail, grocery, industrial, communication, and food service. Strategic Oversight: Shape and execute the account management strategy, focusing on organic growth through the Large Account Management Process (LAMP) to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Client Engagement: Lead contract negotiations, quarterly business reviews, and client penetration efforts, ensuring alignment with client goals and driving long-term partnerships. Market Insights: Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market trends and validate assumptions, ensuring our strategies are data-driven and responsive to client needs. Colleague Development: Enhance team skills in data analytics, presentation, forecasting, process management, and strategic account planning to optimize client outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services leadership roles. Proven success in managing high-value accounts and driving client success initiatives. Knowledge of the refrigeration, HVAC, and facilities management sectors.
