Account Management Leader - SMB

As the SMB Territory West Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing the team, as well as setting the vision and strategy to drive growth at scale for our customers. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally across our product and go-to-market teams to help build solutions that drive team and customer efficiencies. We are looking for a leader who is thoughtful, proactive, and creative when problem solving, and is comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited oversight.

Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
