About the Opportunity
The Account Management Manager will own a book of business of WeWork clients that have a significant presence across with WeWork globally. Senior Account Managers will be responsible for optimizing client outcomes and ensuring a world-class customer experience across their portfolio of key accounts, in order to advance the strategic partnership between the client and WeWork and enable the long-term retention and growth of these important relationships.
The primary functions of the Account Management Manager will include (but are not limited to):
Manage a team of associate account managers and help monitor their pipeline and forecasting
Take part in the interviewing process for new talent, and also help with training and mentoring the team
Proactively manage and review existing client portfolio in order to retain as much business as possible while leading renewal negotiations
Find alternative ways to increase revenue through partnership opportunities and other solutions-based upsell opportunities
Map client needs and goals to their workplace solutions
Analyze basic data to provide recommendations for portfolio optimization
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure positive client outcomes
Serve as the main contact for client questions and concerns
Work with internal teams to remove obstacles for clients
Represent client interests within the organization and build positive relationships with key client contacts
Guide clients through their journey with timely check-ins
Monitor location-level feedback and address issues promptly
Suggest ways to enhance client experience and find solutions to client problems and questions
Provide feedback to help improve products and processes
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
6+ years of client-facing experience in direct B2B sales or AM , with at least 1 year experience of managing teams.
Proficient in English.
3+ years working with medium to large Enterprise customers
Demonstrated proficiency in building strong client relationships across accounts and multiple stakeholders, including executive-level leaders
Space as a Service and/or Real Estate knowledge/experience a plus
Confidently provide consultative and data-based expertise and recommendations
Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools, preferred
Highly flexible and adaptable; thrives amidst change and growth
