Position:Account Management Specialist

Job Description:

The role will be part of Arrow Education Services Division - EMEA Education Sales Team that consists of 15 specialists including Account Management/ Sales and Sales Support / Internal Sales positions. The team and manager are based in Gdansk and are looking for new individual to join them. The atmosphere in this close-knit team is inspiring, friendly and supportive.    

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? 

Build an effective communication & relationship with customersQualify and respond to inbound lead inquiriesOutbound new business prospecting Opportunity qualification and negotiationVendor programs knowledge managementSales Forecast maintenanceTraining schedule selection approvalCoordinate division of labour with local sales team in managing account activities and processesAnalyse and resolve client queries in accurate and timely mannerMaintain positive working relationship with customers for business growthDevelop account management plan to meet business objectivesProvide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfactionExecute and manage assigned work within allotted timeline and budgetWork closely with Education Delivery Team (training coordinators) and Sales Support

What Are We Looking For? 

Previous sales and prospecting experienceEnglish on minimum C1 levelCustomer service excellence (customer focus)Strong verbal and written communication
