The Role in Brief: Account Manager, Armed Forces Recruitment The Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving productive partner interactions and ensuring the success of Armed Forces Recruitment partnership initiatives. In partnership with the Strategic Leader, the AM works to fulfill partner needs and supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of direct marketing campaigns by collaborating with internal team members and providing exceptional service to external clients. As a contact for assigned accounts, the position communicates with clients on daily campaign execution and ensures internal team members have the tools and information needed to execute campaigns. This hire may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal departments to support development and execution of direct marketing campaigns, including creative content, audience selection, data intake and return, and campaign reporting/analysis Support preparation for and actively participate in partner communications, including via email, Zoom meetings, and in-person meetings Act as a trusted ally to partners, serving as an extension of their recruitment office and primary point of contact for daily needs Own and execute administrative tasks daily in support of client marketing campaigns Leverage internal tools and processes to drive campaign development and timely launches Liaise cross-functionally regarding project-related issues, updates, or requirements; troubleshoot and escalate questions to the appropriate parties Monitor and manage paper-related campaign needs Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years' of relevant professional experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills Familiarity with project management practices, tools, and technologies Proficient PC skills Willingness to travel 15-20% Ideal Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field Experience in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment Experience with client relationship management and/or project management and related systems (especially Salesforce and Workfront) Stellar partner service with desire to add value to partner-company relationships Commitment to valuing diversity, practicing inclusive behaviors, and contributing to an equitable working and continual learning environment in support of EAB’s DE&I Promise If you’ve reached this section of the job description and are unsure of whether to apply, please do! Compensation: The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $55,000 - $62,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
