China market of personal care is going through the transformation that local brands are thriving while confronting impact of imported product via cross-border e-commerce. Challenging market environment and customers in dynamic are the new normal. PC has comprehensive product portfolio and strong brand image to improve brands’ competitiveness with professionalism and sustainable business development.
Within this dynamic and complex environment, the Account Manager needs to deliver incremental growth and profitability via strong customer network and good understanding of the customers with effective communication and driving collaboration internally.

Your key responsibilities
Achieve substantial sales and profitability growth both with existing and new product portfolio.Collaborate in the regional implementation of regional strategy as well as customer segmentation and contribute to the global sales budget and GPx target.Manage customer development planClosely collaborate with regional technical services and headquarter to ensure seamless customer support and internal info flow of opportunities and actionsManage effectively customers sales, projects and relationship to achieve the desired result within the budgeted costLead negotiation of pricing agreements in accordance with company guideline.Deliver convincing product and concept presentation to customersManage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution in line with the agreed service levelLiaise closely with regional commercial manager to define pricing and forecast accurately.Develop opportunity mapping at customers and take actions to increase profitability and/or share.Collaborate with regional commercial manager to ensure supply and resolve issues.

Bachelor’s Degree and Above or equivalent experience in chemistry fields5+ years experience in sales and/or marketingKnow-how on industry and markets, in-depth know-how about products and/or applicationsunderstanding of needs and attitudes of customers, good understanding of trade patterns and requirements.Knowledge of and experience in other relevant disciplinesBalance of commercial and technical know-how, skills and experienceExcellent communication and social skillsProfessional selling skills, good Chinese and English communication skills
