This Account Manager role will focus on supporting Magnite’s Curator Marketplace and will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of curation across both our DV+ and Streaming platforms. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, grow a book of business, and drive measurable success for both clients and Magnite. As part of the Curator Marketplace Client Success team, you will collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales to manage a portfolio of accounts to meet team & company goals and achieve strategic objectives.
In this role you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Curator Marketplace accounts, fostering strong client relationships by proactively identifying client goals and developing strategies to drive their success in collaboration with internal teams
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their campaigns and providing continuing education to clients on Magnite’s offerings, supply, and products
Oversee the end-to-end management of Curator Marketplace deals, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize results
Partner with the Media Planning and Tech Ops teams provide additional growth strategies
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Provide data-driven insights and reporting to clients; highlighting performance metrics and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with Sales to conduct in-market meetings and lead quarterly business reviews, aligning on client goals and opportunities
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Technical Operations, Product, and Media Planning teams, to ensure a seamless client experience
Communicate client feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and feature improvements
We’re looking for someone with:
2–4 years in digital advertising, including hands-on experience with RTB/programmatic advertising; experience at an agency, DSP, or SSP is a strong plus
A strong understanding of online advertising technologies, trends, and dynamics, including campaign planning and buying processes (Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs, RTB, etc.)
A demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously with a keen attention to detail and organizational excellence
A proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients and teams
The ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations
Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, trend analysis) and experience with tools like Google Suite, Tableau, or other reporting platforms
A collaborative team player mindset; capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders across departments to achieve shared objectives
A highly motivated, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to demonstrating accountability, ownership, and urgency for results
Ability to balance competing dynamics in a fast-paced and complex environment through effective time management skills, the ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $85,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
