Job Description:
Identify and develop a network of potential clients in the insurance sector. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, including handling renewals and providing ongoing support. Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients. Seek out and acquire new clients. Advise and introduce suitable insurance products to meet clients' needs. Work closely with insurance providers to ensure the best service for clients. Implement business strategies to achieve sales targets. Manage the entire sales process ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Monitor and report business results periodically to management.Job Requirements:
University Degree or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, B2B sales, insurance, or financial services.Preference for candidates with professional insurance consulting certifications, especially in non-life insurance.Proficiency in English.Extensive experience in B2B sales is a mandatory advantage.Ability to acquire new clients through various methods, including but not limited to networking, cold calling, and referrals.Focus on industries such as manufacturing (wood, textiles, light and heavy industrial production).Equal Employment Opportunity
