**Account Manager, Dealer Direct**

**Opportunity**
Responsible for overall Account Management of the Direct Response Dealers within the assigned territory. This includes aligning and holding Dealers accountable for sales targets, marketing plans, and territory assignment/monitoring. It also includes setting and holding Dealers accountable for lead generation and lead conversion, and on-going training. And for ongoing new Dealer prospecting within the assigned territory to support growth and Dealer turnover. All while setting clear expectations concerning use, leverage, and protection of the KOHLER Brand.
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ In collaboration with Dealer partners and the Direct Response Business Team:
+ Set clear sales targets by dealer within their assigned territories.
+ Set clear expectations for marketing plans, lead generation and lead conversion rates.
+ Set clear standards for Call Center, In-Home Selling, and Field Operations.
+ Define required training and quality standards for all Dealer Operations.
+ Define and action a structured process of reporting and review of performance for each dealer and the region in all account management areas of responsibility.
+ Analyze in real-time, key performance indicators and be able to respond with solutions to close performance gaps rapidly.
+ Gain a deep understanding of assigned Dealer operations including advertising and marketing plans, lead generation, call center operations, sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
+ Develop expertise relative to specialty remodeler dealers as well as direct response marketing fundamentals.
+ Act as point person to identify and develop selling aids for dealers.
+ Develop superior knowledge of the Kohler Direct Response Dealer competitors.
+ Continually explore new avenues to enhance the relationship between Kohler Co. and dealers.
+ Provide routine feedback to the Kohler Direct Response Business Team to help in the continuous improvement of our business.
+ Develop and execute growth strategy for assigned region.
+ Build a comprehensive network of industry influencers through events and networking.
+ Work with Kohler Services to share best practices across the network.
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Five years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, Account Management or related field is required.
+ Experience in the Building Products or Home Improvement Industry is preferred.
+ Proven leadership attributes and the demonstrated ability to set clear objectives and to drive results in a cross functional environment are required.
**Travel**
+ Approximately 55-65%.

_The salary range for this position is $102,100 - $127,650 plus a competitive half-yearly sales incentive bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position may be eligible for an Area Salary Differential based on the location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vison, 401k, and pension with eligibility to participate in the car program._
