Your main responsibilities are

Maintain and develop relationship with assigned customers and prospects Lead account team members Cross collaboration with all the internal stakeholders Ensure customers inquiries / orders / complaints promptly, satisfactorily handled by all the internal stakeholders Perform Customer Experience Management, customer satisfaction survey, and elaborate action plans based on feedback from assigned customers in order to improve customer satisfaction Prepare all visiting plan in CRM for next 2 weeks Visit customers and prospects frequently Complete quality visit report in CRM for each visit Report & record sales activities in CRM Prepare and update capture plans for retaining, expanding and developing business Maintain customers and installations data

 

You will shine in this role when you have:

Order intake Sales & sold margin for assigned customers and prospects Achieve targets for revenue and margin within personal budget Customer satisfaction Collecting receivable in a timely manner
