About the Team and the Role:

eBay is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our eBay Partner Network (EPN) team. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners, driving growth, and ensuring the success of our partner network initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise partner performance and contribute to the overall success of the eBay Partner Network, reporting directly to the US EPN Lead.

What you will accomplish:

Account Management:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with key partners within the eBay Partner Network.

Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing partner inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Performance Optimization:

Analyze partner performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to optimise results.

Collaborate with partners to improve campaign effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

Set and pursue measurable goals to improve partner performance and align with company objectives, driving sustained growth.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic plans that align with eBay’s regional and global business objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and data analysis.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.

Share feedback and insights to help shape future product and marketing strategies. Given the global nature of our team, these initiatives are likely to have an international impact, offering you the chance to work on projects that span across different markets.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular performance reports for partners and internal customers, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Use data-driven analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the partner network.

Actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events to stay updated on the latest developments.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in account management, preferably within affiliate marketing or digital advertising.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages, such as German or Spanish, is an advantage.
