Account Manager, Impact

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Impact team (EMEA) in London, advising global clients on strategies and programmes that drive positive environmental and social change — and enhance reputation with stakeholders ranging from investors to consumers.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic consultancy, creative storytelling, and measurable impact.What You'll Do: Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, providing proactive counsel on strategy, messaging and reputation managementLead on message development and media relations, particularly in the sustainability and ESG spaceManage cross-functional campaign development — from research and planning to deliveryOversee content creation including press releases, social copy, and thought leadershipMentor junior team members and ensure the highest standard of client deliverablesCollaborate across Edelman’s Brand, Corporate, and Strategy teams on integrated workContribute to new business efforts with research, materials, and pitch supportWhat We're Looking For: Experience in communications, public relations, or journalism with a focus on social or environmental impactStrong media handling skills and confidence engaging directly with journalistsA strategic mindset and passion for purpose-led workAbility to manage multiple accounts, lead teams, and support junior developmentExcellent writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentInterest in current affairs, ESG, and reputation managementWe’re a team of specialists working with some of the world’s most influential brands.
