We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic Beverages team focusing on the markets of Central America and Caribe. You will be responsible for prospecting and managing customers, driving business growth, overseeing distributor management, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our extensive product portfolio which includes vitamins, premixes, carotenoid, hydrocolloids, enzymes and other essential ingredients within beverages industry The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management within food & beverages industry and possess a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your Key Responsabilities:** + Lead, prospect and manage the accounts on your territory to grow sales and profitability according to the set global and regional objectives, by maintaining dsm-firmenich as the clients’ key partner and building a strong pipeline with a mindset to winning projects and selling profitable solutions. + Manage customer relationships, sales, projects, and stakeholders by having customer facing interactions that account for minimum 40% of your time and in close collaboration with the BU teams and support functions. + Create and implement commercial strategy in line with regional & global guidance and manage local commercial agreements, pricing, budgets, forecasts, CRM, etc + Understand customer’s business operations, product lines, brand strategies and consumer targets to provide a value-added advantage in managing the account plans. + Manage and find solutions to address customer concerns and issues.
