Minimum qualifications:

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. Account Manager is a front seller who needs to develop and manage relationships directly with top advertisers in the Media Platform / Commerce industry, by supporting advertisers’ and agencies’ Google Ads account management, solving problems, and responding to their inquiries.
Additionally, Account Manager is an advisor and consultant, and an advocate for clients within Google. Account Manager supports provision of data and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on analyses and utilize insights to influence others and drive change, and to support customer growth.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
+ Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers. Respond to customer inquiries by finding relevant information proactively in a timely manner, while understanding issues to solve and meeting their needs.
+ Catch up with new product features / updates proactively and propose them to customers by gathering and sharing necessary information.
+ Optimize client’s campaigns with Google ads to maximize client campaign results.
+ Identify opportunities and make proposals to increase advertiser performance and investment
