Account Manager, Life Science

Role:

The Account Manager for Lubrizol Life Science is tasked to accelerate the sales growth of Pharma & Nutra business in Korea and Japan through in-depth understanding of the market, building relationship and understanding the unmet needs of the customers

 

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop potential customers and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Demonstrate value selling. Closely collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations group) to provide products and services that meet customer needs. Provide competitor and market trends analysis, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase market share. Provide excellent sales and administrative service to achieve customer satisfaction. Oversee order processes and manage demand forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Utilizing CRM(Customer Relationship Management) well for sales activities. Actively communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management team. Managing and working well with distributors for developing revenue. Prepare and analyze monthly sales report.

 

Position Requirements:

 

Above Bachelor’s degree major in a biology or chemistry-related field. 10+ years of sales experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical field (experience in beauty care field is plus). Good data analysis and business planning skills Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills to take care of scientific discussion with customers. Possess a passion for sales profession with a ‘can-do’ attitude, goal orientated mindset, self-motivated, initiative, excellent time management, open-minded, and people oriented personal. Good computer skill (Excel, Power point and etc.) Fluent in English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus. Experience with MS Dynamics CRM is plus. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
