Account Manager, Netherlands

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Benelux Commercial team. In this role, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer by being accountable -together with the commercial team- for the sales performance of The Netherlands. You will manage processes, develop commercial strategies, and implement initiatives to reach sales targets and related KPIs.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Be accountable for the sales performance of a given field sales territory. Reach sales targets and related KPIs.Develop a territory plan to grow and maintain sales for an assigned territory utilizing consultative sales techniques.Perform business and customer analytics and identify and manage sales opportunities.Build relationships with customers to understand their needs, and how GN’s Hearing Aid products can solve these needs.Assume responsibility for long-term business development projects and support Key Account Management/projects beyond your field territory.Provide thorough product knowledge to customers, including differentiation from competition.Product support to customers.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting.Maintain accurate customer records in shared database to enhance understanding of customers' needsCoordinate the planning and implementation of commercial initiatives (marketing, business development initiatives, trade shows) to customers.Frequent travel required

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

Have sales-related education/training/certification.

Possess consultative sales techniques

Have sales experience

Can write a sales territory plan and business correspondence.

Can build effective relations

Have the ability to present to customers at national events.

Work without direct supervision

Can read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations

Are proficient using CRM systems and Excel

Can communicate in Dutch and English, at a business level - as we are an international organization.
