Amazon's Fashion Marketplace is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth in the Fashion category. This role collaborates with Account Management, central Promotions and Marketing teams to create and execute deal events, sourcing and operation plans. You will lead Points deals operations, sourcing communication, test new experiments for Fashion deal events, and grow Resellers' deal participation. The ideal candidate operates multiple projects in a highly data-driven environment, adapts to changing priorities, able to prioritise sourcing actions based on insights and impact and collaborates effectively with partner teams to deploy initiatives and scale impact.
Key job responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end Points deal operations and lead communication with sellers.
* Collaborate with 3P Promotions and Points teams on roadmap planning and improve operational excellence and simplification.
* Lead Fashion events experiments roadmap to drive ongoing deals productivity and inform long-term event sourcing strategy.
* Partner cross-functionally with Marketplace product families teams and central teams to scale successful incentive programs and drive Reseller deals participation.
* Track, measure, and regularly communicate results with internal stakeholders and partner teams to iterate on opportunities.
* Build mechanisms to scale impact of initiatives. Automate execution where possible.
