Account Manager, P&C Construction Team
The Account Manager reports to the Account Executive and as a team ensures consistent implementation of the MMA Service and Operational standards. The Account Manager interacts with clients, insurance markets, outside relationships, accounting, marketing, claims, loss control, and management to provide exceptional service. They maintain client relationships and collaborate closely with MMA producers, working together to proactively service accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out ongoing client service functions in partnership with the Account Executive and Producer, including, but not limited to:Renewal Checklist ProceduresBinder Checklist ProceduresCarry out Service Calendar tasksInsurance Binders, Binder LettersData entry into SagittaDraft client proposals, charts and presentationsEnsure coverage standards and identify coverage deficiencies Track Stewardship ActivitiesBilling and InvoicingPrepare ModMaster CalculationsMaintain Exposure SchedulesReview for accuracy completed applicationsTransmission of information to clients and insurance companiesSecure subjectivities and binding documents from ClientBind with carriers, obtaining binding confirmation and policy detailsTroubleshoot on accounting issuesPreparing pre-renewal informationDirectly responsible for Certificates of Insurance, Auto ID Cards, Endorsements, and coordination of these tasks with outsourcing resourcesCoordinating the serving of accounts with the Practice Leader and Account ExecutiveWorking as directed with outside vendor servicesOther duties assignedQUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of client service experience in the insurance brokerage business Must have experience with New York Construction industry clientsMust be well organized with excellent math, written and oral communication skills. Must possess strong technical skills.High School Diploma. A college degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or Insurance Management highly preferred.Must possess Property/Casualty Agent’s/Broker’s licenseMust be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)We value and respect the impact our colleagues make every day both inside and outside our organization. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,100 to $117,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
