Account Manager, Thailand

General Purpose:

Account Manager, you will be the driving force Gaming peripherals and Elgato categories growth through a thorough understanding of the category products, the customers' needs and market capacity to create the right assortment mix for Thailand Gaming and Elgato markets.

Job scope includes managing customers' performance to achieve quarterly & annual sales targets, developing strong, structured and disciplined channel strategies for assigned/target accounts to ensure sustainable long term growth with the support of country sales manager & channel development team.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Managing business development aspects of Thailand key accounts, with a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline.

• Highly influential and able to negotiate deals and achieve quarterly company target.

• Maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing updates are consistent

• Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support. Collect & submit weekly POS reports from key accounts, such as JIB, Advice, iHAVECPU, ITCity, Big Camera, Zoom Camera, Speed, etc.

• Providing exceptional customer relationships by educating customers on Corsair and Elgato products, monitoring and reviewing customer performance for sales optimization, ensuring smooth communication and managing operational excellence.

• Understanding competitors including marketing activities, pricing strategies, promotions, market share of key accounts, channel, inventory/supply details.

• Working with Marketing team to drive programs/events to increase brand exposure, and to improve and manage Corsair shelf share in retail stores.

• Product planning and Inventory control: managing key accounts' inventory, in-store SKU selection, order planning of fast moving products, new SKU availability, and strategies to push slow moving items.

• Providing weekly reporting of revenue forecasts and sellout and to take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at practical level.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences as an account sales or channel marketing.

• Experience in category management and managing key strategic partnerships

• Able to handle pressure under a fast paced startup environment.

• Knowledge of sales management, marketing, planning and strategy development.

• A go-getter who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and dives into a project to achieve success by problem solving and prioritizing

• Open-minded team player with good communication and listening skills.

• Proficiency in Thai and English

• Familiar with PowerPoint/Excel/Word and other Microsoft Office products
