We are searching for a dynamic, self-driven professional to join our CNE ECE Business Group as a Campus Sales Manager for 5G Campus Networks. This is a hunter role—not for the faint-hearted. We’re looking for someone with the energy, passion, and discipline to take ownership, create new opportunities, and push boundaries in a fast-paced environment.
You have:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, business management, engineering, telecommunications, business, or other related fields.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management. Enterprise sales, business development or consultative selling background for IT or telecommunication solutions into vertical industries such as manufacturing, logistics & retail, automotive, aviation, maritime, railways, energy/utilities, oil & gas, mining, defence, or others.Skills: Good understanding of private wireless solutions and 4G/5G technologies.Strong solution selling skills and the ability to generate revenue by developing new profitable business opportunities and demonstrate success at executive levelsAbility to anticipate and identify vertical business needs and use cases, develop recommendations and solution proposals, and provide excellent ongoing relationship management with customers at all levels.Highly self-motivated with a hunter mindset and fighting spirit.Ability to thrive in demanding environments that require initiative and discipline.Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., SCRM, Salesforce).Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills.Charismatic communicator with fluency in German and English; French is a plus.Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently (50-75%).
