Develop and implement sales objectives in IDS Ref OEMs through Wholesale channels in Southern region, to achieve profitable results. Responsible covers compressors, controls, Mechanical & Electronical and Heat Exchangers.
Job Responsibilities-Develop Danfoss business, compressor, controls and Heat exchangers in assigned refrigeration areas in South China
-Cooperate and manage regional channels in South China
-Arrange sales activities to achieve all KPIs
-Develop feasible sales plan and build up comprehensive customer database
-Coordinate with different functions to support region business
-Maintains customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy
-Provide inputs for new product development based on customer needs
-Effectively execute pricing, order following up, payment policy, product claim coordination and relevant sales management rule.
-Support other team members on customer development and service
-Bachelor or above degree in Refrigeration & air conditioning
-At least 3 years sales or technical experience in the field of refrigeration or air condition
-Solid skill of sales and sales management
-Well knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC applications
-Good communication skills
-Fluent in written and oral English
-Self-motivated, independence and excellent team player
