Account Manager
Account Manager Job Description: As our Account Manager for Sage 50, you will have the exciting role of managing our customers for life and providing high-value customer care. Every day, you will maximize revenue by selling add-on modules and executing renewals for Sage's customer base. To succeed in this role, you will be able to achieve your goals through effective management and coordination with channel partners, internal Sage teams, and customers in your assigned area. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week spent in our Lawrenceville office. Key Responsibilities: • Manage customer Renewals, emphasizing maximizing revenues based on expected targets. • Understand Sage Software solution offerings and professional services offerings, be able to articulate their features and benefits using a value-based selling methodology, and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs. • Stay up-to-date on current products and pricing relevant to closing sales. • Perform routine Health Checks to track and manage the health of each customer. • Marshal internal resources, such as Client Services, Engineering, Technical Support, Finance, and business partner consultants, to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet the customer’s needs. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: •  1+ year of B2B consultative sales experience, achieving/overachieving an individual sales quota. •  Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize key activities. •  A fundamental understanding of business processes and operations is a plus. •  Proficient utilization of Salesforce for account management, pipeline growth, and pre/post-sale tracking. • A proven track record of developing and executing sales strategy is preferred.
