Account Manager Requisition ID: 44020 Job Location(s): Shanghai, CN Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Power Solutions Segment Job Function: Sales Work Location Type: On-site **Job Description** Account manager focus on sustainable profitable growth through distribution channel & OEM, work with distributors for setting yearly target, reviewing performance regularly, coordinating internal/external resource to maintain existing business and develop new business, Work closely with distributors to get closer to Key final customer and build customer loyalty and get business growth. Improving business data quality in system for strategy making. Also has responsibility to coordinate with distributors and take actions to control some financial results according to Danfoss' requirements. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 1. Set and implement the distribution strategy under the policy of company; 2. Lead responsible distributors’ annual performance goals setting and achievement. Review distributors’ goal status and progress of action plan periodically; 3. Assist distributors on recognizing key customer/area/application/market and develop related action plan. Demonstrate and execute value selling to final customers with distributors together; 4. Level resources for better service & support to distributors’ business, such as: tech training, service training, new application/products promotion, supply allocation, order management, inventory and AR control, market info sharing, co-visit to customer, management level communication and so on. 5. Work closed with Direct OEM, deep dig customer's pain point and needed, build good relationship with customer, maintain and develop business, Level resources to support business growth. 6. Monitor the implementation of distributor management policy, and balance the business relationship to satisfy customer for long term win-win. 7. Gather and maintain distributor database, such as: distributor profile, business composition, organization and personnel, competence of pre-sales, sales & aftersales, key customers/areas/applications/markets, short-term & long-term goal, etc. 8. Contiously improve business data in OneCRM **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 1. Bachelor degree; 2. Over 5years experience in construction machinery, especially in Sales & marketing; 3. Account planning & Customer focus; 4. English report writing and documentation; 5. Value selling & Negotiation skill; 6. Technical & Application background/knowledge; 7.
