Account Manager Are you passionate about creating client value and driving business growth? We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team of specialised Insurance Brokers. With 60 local branches across New Zealand, we offer a diverse range of insurance cover and are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. About the Mahi: As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing technical broking for assigned clients. You will provide professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders. Another are of focus will be on growing existing business and exploring new business opportunities. Some of your responsibilities will include: Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business Preparing proposals for new business opportunities Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations Skills and experience that will lead to success: You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry A few key skills we look for: Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualification Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook What We Offer: A collaborative and inclusive work environment that champions diversity.
