RELATIONSHIP/ ACCOUNT MANAGER Salary: £32.5k-£37.5k + £15k performance related bonus Location: Manchester City Centre – FULLY OFFICE BASED Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

What You'll Do

Own and grow a portfolio of 100 B2B clients (EAP/OH) across the UK & Ireland

Build strong relationships through meetings, calls & occasional visits

Manage onboarding, renewals, upselling (£10k/qtr), and win 3 new clients/quarter

Feed client insights into new service developments

What You’ll Need

3+ years in Account Management (corporate B2B essential)

Great communication, attention to detail & commercial awareness

KPI-driven mindset, confident with clients & CRM systems

Positive, proactive attitude – a real team player

Driving licence a plus, not essential
