Key Responsibilities
A. Client and Project Management
Serve as the day-to-day client contact and main liaison between clients and the internal team Oversee project deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness Support shoots, events, and other onsite activities as needed Identify and address potential issues by coordinating with internal teams Develop and maintain project plans and trackers to monitor progress Ensure all outputs align with client strategies and objectives Coordinate with Finance for timely billing of projects Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to enhance deliverables Lead client and internal meetings; attend onsite workdays as required Report directly to the IMC ManagerB. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Develop briefs and job requests for shared service units and suppliers Plan and oversee logistics for digital and PR projects, including timelines, production requirements, and expense liquidation Manage supplier engagement, from sourcing and contracting to payment coordination Maintain and expand a database of reliable third-party suppliers for PR and digital amplificationC. Business Development
Support or lead pitch development, from client briefing to presentation Create customised cost proposals aligned with client needs Negotiate the scope of work and pricing with clients Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to expand opportunitiesD. Strategy Development
Monitor industry and platform trends relevant to client strategies Assist in developing PR roadmaps to guide campaign planning and execution
