Whelan Security is looking for a talented and driven leader to manage our service at [LOCATION].
 
The Account Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the support services necessary to effectively manage our contractual requirements at this account.  Specific responsibilities include:Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards – capable of representing Whelan as the premier provider of security services in the industryDevelop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and serve as the liaison between Whelan, our client, and our assigned staffMeet regularly with clients to address problems and offer solutions, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure contract compliance and complete customer satisfactionParticipate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the accountPerform off-hour visits, review security logs, and regularly inspect all posts to ensure company and client policies and procedures have been properly implementedAssist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports
