Account Manager
About the Role:

Partner with Brand Representatives to align goals with the Company’s strategies in order to meet revenue targets.

Update Brand Representatives on Company policies and procedures and sales compensation plans.

Ensure and monitor their performance, maintain professional, effective working relationships with them.

Plan, strategize and consult with Brand Representatives, providing necessary support to achieve goals.

Proactively update Brand Representatives on company business cycle through conducting trainings and webinars.

Travel and participate in company and Brand Affiliate meetings.

Requirement:

A first experience in Customer Service (preferred in the industry)Native Polish, fluent English skills, both written and verbal.Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSAP and ticketing system knowledge is an advantage
