We are looking for a talented individual…​

To join our team as an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be a representative to Trade ally organizations working to deliver energy and weatherization assistance programs in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. Establishes and builds relationships in local and regional (New England) markets. Manages and promptly resolves customer concerns. Records, tracks customer interactions in accordance with corporation's procedures. Verifies product installations and that all paperwork received is accurate and complete. Trains on technical specifications and program requirements and communicates program changes. Develops strategies to drive increased savings acquisition. Works with engineering and program to research and analyze current and future technical specifications and requirements. Troubleshoots technical issues, determines solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends solutions.

Act as local, on-site program and company representative to trade allies in market rate and income-eligible energy efficiency and weatherization programs to overcome barriers and perform quality control inspections.

Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff.

Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

Experience with energy auditing and weatherization practice is required. An understanding of Federal Weatherization Assistance Programs and Rhode Island Community Action Programs are a plus.

Travel throughout a defined territory within Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.​

Ideally a candidate would speak Portuguese or Spanish.

Complete understanding and wide application of energy efficiency, sales and technical principles, theories, and concepts.

Experience presenting to variety of audiences, strong verbal, and written communication skills

Technical knowledge of commissioning, lighting and HVAC technologies preferred.

Experience promoting energy efficiency measures in a business setting preferred.

Experience working with utility rebate and financing programs highly desired.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

$65,800-$81,000
