The Role
As part of the Production Account Management team, this role offers the unique opportunity to work on the largest total beverage company in the world, managing the production scope for the Asean South Pacific (ASP) region, working with a diverse set of clients and seeing projects through end-to- end.
This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the TCCC account with focus on delivering excellency in production quality and high levels of client service.
Reporting lines and critical stakeholders
This role reports to the Cluster Lead (based in Singapore) and will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Key day-to-day project contact with lower to mid-level clients:
Partnering with internal teams across various functions (e.g. Broadcast, Print, Digital, Language Services, Project Management) to ensure a smooth process, proper resource allocation, and a superior end result Trafficking the work into the studio and ensuring team members feel personal accountability for deliverables and projects, engaging in all aspects of team assignments driving towards progress, actions and results Developing and maintaining high level of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity diversity and engagement) Managing project workflows with clients and participating actively at client/cross-agency interactions by being able to clearly articulate the project status at all times and presenting Production (our capabilities, production process, Production POV) Developing, monitoring and delivering against agreed scope, approved budget and committed timeline Owning day-to-day project administration throughout the project lifecycle; meticulously updating and maintaining Project trackers and Finance sheets, and closely working with the Finance team to reconcile estimates to actuals, resolve budget discrepancies if required and close jobs Maintaining multiple internal and TCCC-own platforms Organising and/or attending internal and client meetings/calls; sharing agendas, re-caps and meeting reports Collaborating with other agency partners (e.g. creative, shopper, media, social & influence) and vendors to obtain assets/working files, schedules, technical specifications and copy datesYou will have the chance to manage medium-size projects independently, from initiation through to completion,
Working with interdisciplinary teams of creative, production and technologists to define and develop scopes and estimates of projects, helping to translate creative concepts into clear sets of production deliverables Owning project timeline and budget Managing all client conversations related to productions and communicating changes/ directions to team membersRequirements

3-5 years of experience in account management or project management working in a video, print or digital production role Prior agency experience managing international/regional clients in multiple markets with a diverse set of stakeholders is desired
