To join our team as an Account Manager based in Westborough, MA. The Account Manager will be a representative to Mass Save program Trade ally organizations. Establishes and builds relationships in local, regional and national markets. Manages and promptly resolves customer concerns. Records, tracks customer interactions in accordance with corporation's procedures. Verifies Mass Save program product installations and that all paperwork received is accurate and complete. Trains on Mass Save technical specifications and program requirements, and communicates Mass Save program changes. Develops strategies to drive increased savings acquisition. Troubleshoots technical issues, determines solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends solutions.

Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts responsible for larger, moderate risk, and complex accounts.
Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Design and deliver proposals.
Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff
Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications
Travel throughout a defined territory with a larger geographic impact or mix of low and high-tier client impact.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
5-8 years’ experience, BA/BS
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer, client, and contractor relationships with high level of satisfaction
Complete understanding and wide application of energy efficiency, sales and technical principles, theories and concepts
Experience presenting to variety of audiences, strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven familiarity with core business metrics (Simple Payback, ROI, IRR, NPV) preferred
Technical knowledge
Experience promoting energy efficiency measures in a business setting preferred
Windows-based software experience, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce based systems preferred
Experience working with utility rebate and financing programs highly desired
Broad network of industry contacts and connections highly desired
Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Employee must also frequently drive moderate to long distances in an automobile
