Account Manager
**DESCRIPTION** The **Account Manager** primary responsibilities include: client relationship building, event/program planning, event/program logistics, event/program execution, vendor and partner negotiation/management, influencer selection/management, budget development and tracking, talent acquisition, training and field execution and final reporting decks. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **You Will:** + Be the subject matter expert of our client’s business– know their business better than they do (brand standards, retailer details, competitive landscape, and hot buttons) and be able to answer any question about our client and their company + Lead internal and client facing meetings with confidence, impeccable organizational skills, follow up and a smile. + Be the glue that maintains strong connectivity among internal and external clients + Potential opportunity to manage a team (depending on the client/role) + Coordination of event logistics (properties, staff, routing, etc.) and influencers + Work in collaboration with team members to contribute to overall event experience design + Influence client relationships; contribute to client face-to-face and virtual meetings and execute projects that meet client business objectives + Support and build positive relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and teams, partner agencies, and our external supplier and industry partners; + Create documents to manage and organize project elements and deliverables + Negotiate and manage vendors to ensure flawless execution and ensure optimum return on cost + Assist with on-site set up and tear down of events + Contribute to the development of reports event/program + Support with internal processes such as purchase orders creation, payment tracking, and hiring candidates for events + Administrative oversight (HR, recruiting, accounting, legal); + Tracking and maintaining program budgets with revenue accountability; + Crisis management - identify project related issues and develop solutions; + Provide weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reporting and reviews; and + Miscellaneous duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** **What You Bring / Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s (or Master’s) Degree in Business, Marketing or related field; + 4 or more years of Experiential Marketing experience + Client service and overall program management experience (concept, implementation and execution with excellence); + Experience managing Account Coordinators; and + Previous experience dealing with multiple execution partners (agencies, manufacturers, field teams, creative & design). + Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client; + Professional attitude and strong leadership skills; + Strong client communication skills (insight, analysis, and program reporting); + Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms; + Strong computer application skills (Microsoft Sharepoint & Teams) and ability to work in a digital work environment; and + Must be available to work flexible work hours which will include evenings and/or weekends at times. + Travel expectation up to 25% **ABOUT US** Acosta and Mosaic are the sales and marketing powerhouses behind the most recognized and proven brands with top retailers in the United States and Canada.
