Short Description Operate as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implement cost-saving measures. Oversees customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit through activities such as cross and upselling.Job Summary Account Managers will hold responsibility for growing revenue in existing Colt accounts and winning new business and logos within a respective region while minimizing churn and detecting opportunities for cross sell/up sell.Job DescriptionTypical tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Create, develop and close opportunities within respective region and prioritizing them in line with Sales strategy
• Keep and enhance customer portfolios by detecting up- and cross-selling opportunities
• Define and execute a compelling win-strategy for each opportunity
• Deliver and present industry leading proposals to IT Management and General Management of the customers
• Develop and build relationships at all levels of seniority within each existing account
• Ensure meaningful Account Development Plans are in place and updated frequently
• Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets
• Deliver reporting (pipeline, forecast, win-loss ratio) to manage achievement of booking and revenue targets
