Position Overview:
Due to an abundance of new customer names generated from our marketing efforts, we are in a significant growth mode for Sales. We are seeking experienced and professional Account Managers to join our tele sales team. While prior coin knowledge is not required, we value great storytelling skills, a charismatic personality, a trainable nature, a drive to succeed, and the capability to overcome objections.\n

Salary & Incentives:\n\n$85K first year with $50K base + uncapped commission, bonuses and incentives\n60% of our Account Managers make $100k or more\n30% of our Account Managers make $150k or more\nTop Account Manager makes over $500k per year\nPast paid sales incentives have included trips to exciting destinations, automobiles, and even home remodels!\n\n

Job Duties:\n

Present customers with rare and unique collectible coins, which includes obtaining coins for specific customers, and negotiating payment terms to encourage long-term, repeat future sales relationships as well as attaining sales goals including revenue, new account creation, dials, and talk time. Maintenance of sales applications\/softwares.\n

Qualifications:\n\nMinimum high school diploma required\n2+ years of sales experience required\nPreferably 1-2 years of experience in an outbound environment\nProficiency in sales presentation and closing strategies.\nStrong emphasis on ethics, trustworthiness, and honesty\nExcellent verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated ability in confident and determined sales approaches.\nResilience and capability to manage rejection.\nPersistence and perseverance are essential.\nMaintain a professional and helpful attitude.\n\n
