How you’ll shape the future of the Paper & Board Sales Team:
Promote and provide a safe workplace, seek improvements, support Health & Safety Program.Entertain positive and constructive relationships with colleagues from the sales team, the inside sales representatives and the management team, as well as close collaboration with the mill.Develop and implement market sales plans resulting in the recruitment and successful onboarding of new customers, as well as maximizing contribution margins of paperboard product sales.Identify market related opportunities to maximize profitability.Monitor and communicate quality, distribution and service-related issues impacting assigned accounts with appropriate mill personnel.Manage accounts resulting in timely receipt of monthly orders that consistency meet with forecasted volumes.Identify opportunities to optimize the distribution costs of paperboard products.Collect information related to regional competition and trends to allow the Paperboard team to take appropriate action to ensure short and long-term positioning within region and accounts.Accountable within a framework to support the development of quarterly forecasts and annual Marketing and Sales budgets.Identify customer's needs and translate them into value added propositions, which increase sales.Continuously update sales opportunities in Salesforce.Advise and/or recommend changes or opportunities, outside of direct area of accountability that will contribute to optimizing the short and long-term growth of objectives of RYAM.Support credit management and risk assessment of all assigned RYAM shipping destinations.Support the monitoring and required actions to manage customer receivable positions.Operate within sales expense guidelines.You’ll be someone who can bring:
