We’re looking for an Account Manager, who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders to join the Wise Platform team in EMEA. You’ll work with our existing partners to help them leverage Wise’s infrastructure to offer their customers world class payment service solutions through their own channels.

We’ve launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Monzo, N26 and Qonto in EMEA, and today have 80+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform. 


Job Description

You will be an Account Manager within a fast growing Account Management team, responsible for driving growth with our partners in EMEA. You’ll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your partner portfolio, execute the deals effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders. 

The role is based in our London office and you will work closely with the EMEA commercial team and Customer Success team. You will collaborate with other functions across Wise Platform and the wider Wise organisation, including our product management, engineering, compliance, legal and delivery.

Your mission: 

Work with the Wise Platform team to build, close and deliver a strong pipeline of opportunities within your existing accounts, driving product innovation, revenue and volume growth for Wise.Develop and actively manage comprehensive account plans for your partners, articulating strategies for expansion and growth.Establish strong relationships with your partners by understanding their strategic objectives, define their priorities and be clear on their decision making process. Lead QBRs and become the subject matter expert for your partners.Design and manage stakeholder maps that capture essential contacts from Wise and the Partner and how they engage each other.Utilise data to pinpoint opportunities and to inform data-driven dialogue with your partners.Provide consistent and concise internal updates on partner performance and engagements, highlighting blockers and leveraging support across various functions as required.Collaborate closely with other Wise teams to develop and enhance Wise product capabilities through new integrated partnership opportunities.Develop deep expertise in cross-border paymentsWork on projects and initiatives to improve our strategy and approach both within the EMEA region and globally, such as helping iterate our product roadmap, pricing strategies, go to market efforts - or anything else that helps drive growth.
Qualifications
You have 3+ years of experience in an Account Management role, working in the banking, financial, or fintech space.You have a track record of successfully growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.You’re familiar with the banks and financial services landscapes in EMEA and understand how cross border payments works for them today.You’re experienced in building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders of all sizes – from CEOs, to head of payments and product managers. You’re hands on, not afraid to roll-up your sleeves, lead partner calls, listen to their feedback and work with the wider team on devising a plan to achieve meeting partners’ expectations, whilst achieving our objectives.You’re into the details - you get close to deals and understand where we can really invest to have the biggest impact.You’re as comfortably technically - helping a partner solution the best way to use Wise Platform as you are discussing commercial and legal terms.You are passionate about high growth businesses and have a desire to contribute significantly to our overarching Wise Platform mission.

Salary

The salary banding is up to £95,000 plus RSUs
