Image360-Plymouth Seeks Account Manager Dynamic and growing signage and experiential graphics company seeks motivated, personable and knowledgeable Account Manager with design and signage industry experience to manage existing active account opportunities as well as develop new account relationships. This position holds the responsibility of generating revenue through sales to an assigned customer base, account management and providing an outstanding client experience. The Account Manager manages several forms of client communication to uncover needs, provide solutions and lead the project process through completion. Frequent visits to customer locations are commonplace. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Evaluate clients' needs and develop solutions based on those needs • Make follow-up calls to and arrange and conduct visits of existing and prospective customers • Quality assurance and client service of outgoing jobs • Ability to be a conduit between our operations team and clients in order to ensure strong client service, timeliness and quality. • Systematic estimate management and follow up • Maintain client contact information in an organized and presentable method KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS • At least 4 years business-to-business and / or customer service experience preferred • Previous experience in the interior design, artwork or sign/graphic industries • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills • Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated • Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable • Clean driving record with dependable vehicle and valid driver's license • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Keen multi-tasking abilities • Self-motivated and team player • Ability to continue and build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base Experience in the following a definite plus but not mandatory: • Basic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite WORKING CONDITIONS • Salaried position with performance driven bonus potential • Team environment • Benefits package including paid vacation and insurance Powered by JazzHR
