Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in Sales, Marketing or Business.Commercial skills & Chemical market knowledge.Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment, work in multidisciplinary tasks and work without direct supervision. Ability to analyze complex sales and technical service problems, evaluate alternatives and recommend/implement effective courses of action.Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation along with excellent team building and leadership skills required. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Customer-oriented mindset required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM & business management programs such as QlickView, Credit Voyager and Anaplan. ActivitiesThis position will be responsible for managing existing accounts and coordinate internally the key accounts to maintain and grow Total Cray Valley.
Implement commercial strategy defined by Sales Director and Business Manager.Reach the annual budget and commercial objectives defined during APR.Customer relationship management to gain client loyalty & provide the interface between the customer and all areas with TCV.Report all relevant customers information & market trend.Contribute to the market analysis (customer, non-customers, competitors, etc.)Identify new potential customers or applications and be accountable for new product commercialization.Coordinate the commercial actions with other team members for the Key accounts.Define and implement the distribution policy validated by the Sales Director.Optimize the Trade Working Capital by minimizing payment terms and stocks.Ensure customer consumptions and sales prices are being updated regularly to provide the most accurate information to the Supply Chain and customer service departments.
