Three Ten is a merchandising company based out of Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2017 by Jeff Delson, Three Ten sets itself apart from traditional merchandising by offering clients an elevated and specialized branding experience. We work with some of the world’s largest Artists & Brands with projects that include music, sports, entertainment IP, experiential, retail stores and pop-up shops.  In 2024, Three Ten became a part of the Sony Music Entertainment Group.

As a Account Manager you will be responsible for the coordination, management and execution of merchandising projects across multiple clients. Though the role’s responsibilities are wide ranging and ever changing, this predominantly includes facilitation and oversight of the design, manufacture, sale and fulfilment of product, as well as the coordination of merchandise for client retail stores and pop-up shops, artist tours, events, and ecommerce opportunities. This is a detail-oriented role where you will also be expected to maintain a holistic understanding of the account and will be directly accountable for its performance. In this role you will work closely with all internal teams across creative, product development, touring, onsite retail, ecommerce, warehousing/logistics, accounting, as well as external partners.

This is a role that reports directly to the Head Of Client Services.

What you'll do: Drive revenue growth and manage PL of several client accounts. Be responsible for planning and forecasting process; accountable for delivering and exceeding pre-defined revenue targets Develop & present account plans, budget forecasts, and creative strategy ideas to key internal & external stakeholders. Support senior leadership in the development of the company’s strategic direction and growth plan Manage end-to-end client management process ensuring team is delivering best-in-class results. Specific team functions include: Working closely with client and creative/product development teams to develop exciting, cutting edge and responsible products. Working closely with operations and logistics managers to ensure responsible development, production, delivery and fulfillment of products. Drive in-person and online sales events and opportunities. Liaise with business management and accounting departments. Who you are: 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, sales or brand management, or equivalent experience in a lateral industry. Proven track record of successfully managing demanding client relationships and delivering results against aggressive growth targets. Strategic thinker who can see the big picture as well as the small details required to win. Motivated to develop systems and processes that can improve performance and scale results. Dynamic problem solver with an expert-level understanding of relevant business practices and track-record of efficiently resolving client issues. Prior experience of Monday.com CRM preferred. Excellent communicator with the ability to prepare and confidently present business plans, strategic insights, and difficult news to internal and external stakeholders. Experience in an apparel production process. First-hand merchandise sales experience in a retail store and/or tour environment preferred. Familiarity with D2C strategies, including a basic understanding of Shopify platform. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Proven experience in a role that required strict confidentiality, outstanding organizational skills, and ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in stressful situations. Ability to travel as needed.
