This is a consultative sales position with primary focus on sales / business development with responsibilities of selling Frost & Sullivan’s Growth Opportunity Analytics (GOA) and Growth Advisory (GA) services to various industry accounts.
(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments)
Responsibilities Responsible for consistent achievement of individual revenue targets through business development in new and existing markets/industry sectorsTo call potential clients with a consultative sales approach along with the ability to conduct detailed business needs analysis and appropriate the correct solution in-line with a client`s specific business requirementIdentify opportunities for cross/ up selling of Frost & Sullivan products and services to existing clientsResponsible for sales pipeline management and forecasting in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications Previous working experiences of sales role in the research, consulting, subscription, database, software companies are preferred.Minimum 4 to 7 years of client-facing, sales, business development or related fieldDegree/Diploma holder in any discipline from a recognized institutionHighly motivated individual with a passion for sales and an unyielding drive to succeed in high-pressure selling environmentShould possess strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to initiate, acquire and build long term relationships with senior managementAbility to communicate with global team in English Well-organized and detail-orientedTake ownership to work independently with remote supervisionCan multi-task and meet tight deadlinesDisciplined and adhere to high-quality standardsA strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business What will make you succeed at Frost & Sullivan?
